How to Join
To join the church, please meet the pastors or elders after worship at the baptismal font. You can also make an appointment with our pastor. As Christ welcomes us into God’s family, we welcome you to Lake Murray Presbyterian Church.
There are three ways to become a member of this congregation, depending upon your circumstances:
Profession of Faith. If you have never professed your faith in Christ, joined a church or been baptized.
Re-affirmation of Faith. Perhaps you have joined a church in the past, but feel called to profess your faith again as part of joining this LMPC.
Transfer of Letter. You are a member in good standing with another church, but wish to transfer your membership to LMPC. This recognizes the larger church and your previous commitment to Christ. After you join, we will assign you a sponsor, who can help guide you through your first year as a part of our community.
